I'm a Lactation Consultant, Certified Low Milk Supply Specialist and mother of 3 wonderful kids. There are so many ways to succeed in parenting and I'm here to help you discover what that looks like for you and your family.

I know how to help you with what you're going through because I've been through it, too.

After my first child was born I was so blindsided by low milk supply. I'd done so much to prepare to for feeding, but when I learned that I had primary low milk supply it felt like my world was turned upside-down. After exclusively pumping and weaning early with my first, I set out to learn as much as I could about low milk supply from lactation scientists, researchers and specialists. While anticipating my second child, I discovered ways to maximize milk production and what  practices I could explore to support joy in feeding. I went on to nurse my daughter for 3 years and am still nursing my 3rd child- even amidst the underlying health barriers we faced.

I want to help you discover your own success because I know how out of reach it can feel, but more so because I know how impactful it can be when you find it.
